Choice of Actors

We have recruited our actors from the local performing arts school 'Valley academy' as they are all well experienced. We have also worked with these actors before on several other projects such as music videos and short films. The are all good friends and know each other well so will work well together on screen. One of the actors is also a qualified drama teacher who graduated from the Manchester school of theatre with a BA (hons) in acting.
Sophie Wooding - Zara

We decided on Sophie to play the character Zara   as she has played similar roles before in stage productions such as 'We will rock you'. She is a confident and dedicated performer, she has been performing since and early age of 13 and is currently studying performing arts at Alder Grange sixth from. We know that she works well on screen from when she played an emotional character is a short film made by myself and Emma Taylor over the summer.
Clare Fletcher - Grace

We have decided to cast Clare Fletcher as Grace, the lead role in our production. she fits the character perfectly as has the look of innocence about her that we really wanted to come across in the character. Clare has previously worked with myself and our director Emma Taylor in the music video for Jessica Callan's cover of Titanium which Emma entered into the Bright Sparks competition and won. She is currently playing the lead role of Audrey in Valley academy's production of 'Little shop of Horrors' . Clare is currently studying performing arts at the well renowned Pendleton sixth from.
Samuel Newsham - Charlie

We have cast Samuel Newshaw to play the role of Charlie. Sam is a well rounded young actor currently studying performing arts at Accrington and Rossendale college. Sam acted in our As production of 'sweet revenge' as the character 'Joe' and provided a promising and professional performance. Sam has been acting from a young age and already has a fair amount of experience acting on screen working as an extra on British television shows such as 'last tango in Halifax' Sam has also taken on main roles on stage such as Joseph in 'Joseph and his amazing technicolor dream' coat and  has also completed LAMDA qualifications.

Grant Bromley - Mr Eastwood
The part of 'Mr Eastwood' is going to be played by 'Grant Bromley' Grant is a well experienced actor who graduated from Manchester school of theatre with a BA (hons) in acting. Since graduation Grant has gained a wealth of experience in stage, television and radio. He also has qualifications in stage combat. Grant runs the theatre school 'Valley academy' that both myself and our director Emma Taylor attend. Grant is also very much a working actor as well as a teacher taking part on many amateur and professional stage productions often taking lead roles such as 'Tony' in the production of 'West side Story' at the palace theatre Manchester.
